In order to make counselling and other services affordable, Way Forward Counselling has reduced our fee structure from that recommended by the professional Association.

Cancellation Policy

If the Client informs the Service Provider of a need to cancel or change their appointment at least 24 hours prior to their appointment, there will be no fee charged. If the Client fails to inform the Service Provider of a need to cancel or change their appointment less than 24 hours prior to their appointment, a fee of $75 will be charged.

The Service Provider will contact the Client, according to the contact details provided in this agreement, up to four times within 20 minutes of the Client’s appointment time. If the Client fails to answer and engage in the service, after all four contact attempts, the appointment will be considered a “no-show “ and the full appointment fee will be charged. Where refunds are required to be paid to the client the refundable amount will be transferred via online banking using supplied BSB and Account details within 14 days.
